Q: What are the weekend services like?
A: We actually have two different services on Sunday morning. Our 8am service is a more traditional atmosphere with hymns and older choruses. Our 10:45am service is more contemporary atmosphere with modern worship songs. In both services you will be challenged with God's Word, experience His presence, and hopefully leave desiring more.
Q: What about my children?
A: We recognize the importance of finding a place that can meet the needs of your entire family. Here at Coweta Assembly we have ministries available for children of every age. For parents of children, ages birth through 2, can leave your kids in one of our main nurseries located on both sides of our sanctuary.
Our Preschool Ministry, located in the building behind our main sanctuary, is available for children ages, 2 through Kindergarden. We also have a Children's Ministry available for children in 1st grade through 5th grade. You will find it directly behind our sanctuary.
At each one these ministries you will be required to check-in your child; once your child is checked in you receive a sticker for you and them. For security purposes you must present the sticker to pick-up your child after service. There are assistants at each of these ministries that will assist you in this process.
Q: What does your church believe?
A: Click here.
Q: Do I have to give or say anything?
A: If you're visiting, we don't ask you to give anything when the offering is taken up. Our desire is to make you feel welcomed and not pressured into anything. During the services we do take a few minutes to get around and greet each other, at these times we encourage our visitors to go to the lobby during this time. This is so our staff can meet you in person. We also encourage our visitors to fill out a short information card so that we can touch base with you after your visit.
Q: Can I find out what the sermons are like?
A: Yes, we encourage you to visit our Online Sermon page. You should see a link on the right side of this page. You can listen to sermons from home or at work, they are even available for download through iTunes as a podcast.
